We keep several requisitions open to maintain a pool of candidates for positions as they come open. We have three divisions so potentially three hiring managers involved in screening candidates, in addition to recruiters. We created a Stage for the hiring manager screening and have a Custom Task (admin only) associated with that stage, so that hiring managers know exactly what steps they need to take. To enable the hiring manager to play in ATS, we add him as a recruiter to the requisition, however that enables more permissions than we would like him to have. Ideally, there would be another role that would allow: review of applicants, email applicant or recruiter, ratings, notes, history and change of stage. We would disallow: move/copy applicant and disqualify. The recruiters need the ability to manage the overall process. The hiring managers need the ability to participate in the process within the portal. Thanks for considering!
