Our IT group supports Keystyle portals for several operating companies and our IT Team members are not PR Employees in any of the Vista databases. We need admin access to help manage updates, custom reports, attachment integration and usual Admin tasks and our IT policy strictly prohibits using Invalid Vista PR Employee numbers in our production SQL instances. All other Viewpoint products allow Admin users without PR Employee setup. This would benefit Viewpoint, Keystyle and Customer. Thank you.

Thank you. Are you planning on allowing people to be added that would have access to the field tools to allow non payroll employees to enter time in the grid timecard entry. I ask as we hire staff from temp agencies as needed to enter time for employees only and since we are using Keystyle for this function it would allow us to do this.

At this time, Admins can only access tools under the admin menu.

I saw a update on this and it was for access as an admin only and I got the impression that they wouldn’t be able to do everything. Will we be able to give them access to grid timecard entry to enter time? We use temporary help to enter hours.

Absolutely a must. We have two companies that we administer through Keystyles.
Definitely a must.
We also have a similar situation where some of our key roles such as Site Administration and even Project Managers are contractors and would not be found in the PR database. We would prefer not to create invalid records in the PR system.
