This enhancement would improve PO Receiving by reducing duplication of effort. Field Procurement would not need to enter/submit PO Receiving entries to find out later that the PO Batch is already in use.

This enhancement is greatly needed. Multiple times a week, I investigate Batch Errors in PO Receiving only to find out the PO is in use in an AP Batch. Right now, the error only states the "PO already in use by another batch." If it would tell what Vista module the batch is in, the user could contact the appropriate department to find out when the batch will be processed. A permanent fix for this is needed to either prevent the user from creating the Receiving batch or a warning that they have to clear that indicates the PO is in use in a XX Batch.
