Creating other windows during open enrollment such as for correcting open enrollment elections is burdensome. You first have to edit the current window, then create a new window. It is confusing. I suggest that people be allowed to access their elections as many times as needed during open enrollment with their last enrollment when OE closes being the one that is used. Thank you.

This can be done today by waiting until the open enrollment dates have been closed before approving any of the employees Benefit Requests. If the Benefit Requests have not been approved, a Benefit Admin will just need to reject that employee's Benefit Requests in order to allow that employee to redo their Benefit Elections.
You could also allow employee's to request their own Benefit Window if you don't want to have to manage it as much.
