We have Superintendents enter crew time and Project Managers approve. PMs manage multiple projects concurrently. Field employees frequently work on jobs run by different superintendents and project managers during a pay period. Each PM needs to be able to approve the time and coding for hours charged to their jobs, and to be able to isolate their review for approval to hours on one project at a time.

This would be extremely helpful pulling time cards for auditors if we could limit by job on this dashboard.

Do you give your PM's access to the Timecard Dashboard? This is typically a page only used by Timecard Admins.
The Job Based approval in the portal was built for this purpose and allows PM's to see all time charged to their jobs and has ways to filter by job as well. Are you using Job Approval?
