When running HR training classes in Vista we could track the hours associated with the specific training and tracking of the number of training hours a Resource gains is important. There should be a place in the Portal Training Classes to enter the total hours of a class and have that number track back to the HR Resource Training record. (This should also apply to CEU's and that field should be added as well. )

This would be great to have.
This is helpful and needed to be able to do total hour reporting to senior management and meet OSHA reporting requirements. With out the auto calculation from class times and inport to Vista, manual entry is required. Why enter data twice when this could be accomplished automatically form the information entered on the class setup page.
It would also be helpful for these options to be options in HR Field Management - Manage Training.
It would also be helpful to add the ability to enter/record multi-day classes; such as OSHA 30 or OSHA 10, students attend classes on multiple days to reach the require hour requirement. This is an option in Vista to enter beginning and ending dates as well as Hours for the class.
