I would like to have the option to delete the I9 task. There are times when we are rehiring that we don't need a new I-9 to be completed, however it is a part of the onboarding process. The majority of employees need to complete the I-9, so I would like it to continue to be automatically included as a task.
In addition, we legally should not be asking for this information if they aren't required to complete a new I-9 or be re-verified.

We actually have 6. These are based on 2 for each of our 3 companies.
PALA Interstate, US FUSION and SMART Safety each have 1 of which is for Hourly Employees and the other is Exempt Employees. I considered creating needs an I9 for all 6, however we don't know if they need to update I-9 or don't need it at all until after onboarding begins. It would just be awesome to have the option to delete it if they are not required to complete it.

In Onboarding, we recommend making separate Onboarding Profiles for situations where different new hires will need to fill out different forms. This way you won't need to worry about deleting a task that a new hire won't need to fill out. Are you currently using one onboarding profile for all hires?
