I had case #30849146 opened for the other issue, but the only way to resolve is with a module we don���t currently have. I just feel like it shouldn���t allow them to post time to a closed work order if it doesn���t interface into Vista. At the least, give a warning that the work order is closed, similar to when entering in Vista.

I would like to be able to hide both class and class description. The issue we run into is when there are two foreman or service truck drivers on the same job and one is turning in time for both. If they are at different rates, they can see that within the app.
Had another FieldTime issue that���s popped up recently as well���the app allows the employee to enter time against a closed work order, but when submitted it doesn���t interface into Vista. They show they���ve submitted time for say 40 hours, but when payroll is run it may only be for 20 hours because the other 20 hours was reported on the closed work order. It does not give them a warning that the work order is closed or prevent them from submitting as it does when entering directly in Vista.

It shows on the page prior to 'Edit Line Detail' when you first click their name to enter time as well.
