In ATG Projects, we require job approval and timecard approval. In situations where even an hour is rejected by one of many approvers, the entire timecard process for that employee is restarted, therefore requiring all approvers to re-approve. This has caused inefficiency in our Payroll process and frustration amongst approvers. We hope that there is a way to lock approvals and only restart rejected timesheets. Thank you.

We currently track the submission status of timecard by template. This means that if you are using the setup that a rejected timecard lines in Job Approval unsubmits that timecard line, it will actually unsubmit the entire timecard template. To help alleviate this issue, could you allow your PM's to edit the timecard lines instead of unsubmit them?

This absolutely impacts us on a weekly basis.
We have field/project management people that put time towards multiple jobs within a week.
Here is an example:
There are different project managers set to approve these jobs. If 1 PM rejects the only line item that he sees (because he isn't seeing the person's time as a whole, he is only seeing the jobs he is Job time approver for) it removes all the other PM's approvals. This is a major frustration for the PM's that are doing Job Time Approval when they have to go back to their computer and reapprove time they had already approved in the first place.
