I need the ability to set an approval group that is not based on the employee. But by the coding of the time entry line. For instance if my approver is in charge of a single phase but my employees may work on multiple phases per day or my approver is in charge of a single crew and my employees work for different crews everyday. I envision something in the approval permission like "employee group X may approve time for phase X or may approve time for crew X"

I appreciate what you all have done to try to accommodate our process. I understand that the architecture of the system doesn't allow for approval based on the task or crew. We are going to try to adjust our process to work with the system.

We recently added a Crew filter to the Timecard Approval and Job Time Approval pages. Can you try these out in version 1.20.8 and let me know if this will help with your approval process?
