For salaried employees to NOT be included in the email reminder for unsubmitted timecards (as well as not show them in the Timecard Dashboard), they need to NOT have access to timecards, but then they cant approve anything. Either allow a checkbox to unselect which employees to send the reminder to, set a standard that if an employee is salaried they dont get the reminder, or find a way to have them still approve time without having access to timecards. Just because someone is approving time doesnt mean they need access to submit a timecard

Yes, this would be very helpful. We have a number of people who are not required to complete timecards but need to have access so they can approve. Right now, they still get the unsubmitted email reminders and show up on the dashboard even though they aren't required to complete.
