Need an audit table to store Expense Rejections

It seems Expense Approval Rejections and the rejection reason are only found in the email notification table. This is insufficient for using in custom notifications, but more importantly for auditing that an Approver rejected the expense and the reasons why. If Approvals are tracked, why wouldn't rejections be tracked as well?

And the rejection notes should be saved and available.

This is the same issue we have with Personal Information rejections and Time Sheet rejections.

I have not tested to see how this applied to Expense Report rejections. But if it is the same as the other two I mentioned we will need the notes saved for this as well.
