Inactive Equipment should not be available for selection by timekeepers in Portal via Grid Timecard or any other entry opportunities for that matter. At a minimum there should at least be a Portal Setting for us to disable Inactive Equipment, seems like low-hanging fruit for development but this causes all sorts of additional work in the office when inactive equipment is selected.

Couldn't you assign a user defined lookup for active only on the EM field in PR Timecard Entry and make it the default in Vista and that would flow through to the portal?
This item has a lot of votes, and has been out there for a long time. I agree with Paul's comment. Can we get an update? I'd tag Mark Cadman here if I could :)
