While creating an expense entry, the gross amount is inclusive of tax. So if I enter $100 in the gross amount (which is the invoice amount), select tax type and tax code, the portal auto calculates the tax based on my tax code selection which is $4.76. This tax amount is part of the gross amount. After this expense is approved and uploaded in Vista, the tax amount becomes exclusive on AP Transaction Entry program. Here Vista shows invoice amount as $104.76 instead of $100. One of the two things seem broken.
