Since these fields are available in Vista (HRRM - Other Info) we could pick up efficiency by collecting this data in the Onboarding Process and passing it to the HR Resource Master directly. This data is a hiring requirement of several jobsites and for employment in some localities.

Is there still a fee involved with having this process automatically update in Vista?
Doesn't make sense to have to pay to get the data in the fields that are already imbedded in the program.
The data is already there as part of the onboarding process. It makes complete sense to populate this data as part of the initialization to Vista.
A workaround...We walk new employees through adding this information to the portal via "Update Info" and use it as a training opportunity. We collect DL info along with direct deposit, emergency contact, dependent, cell carrier, etc...other info we need in Vista that's not passed by OB forms.
Those fields are part of the I-9 form already. Then we attach copies of the ID documents to the onboarding profile for our records. Vista can tie those existing fields to VISTA HR for you for a fee. But it is expensive and since it is a standard request I would like to see it as part of the service, not an extra fee.
