With the current pandemic its important to relay emergency information as soon as possible. Not everyone has access to view their email ASAP. We decided to transmit important information through SMS in the portal. When doing so the information was broken out in 150 character messages and with a lag of 1-3 min in between. Most cellular companies support concatenated messages. I believe it would be quit valuable to update SMS to support concatenated messages so companies can send out important information without worrying how the information will be received on the other end.

We are using the Twilio integration. I did contact VP support to see if their was a work around and was advised to submit a suggestion as currently there wasn't a solution. If we use the standard SMS feature would this fix our problem?
