The timecard approval page is very disjointed and hard to read. Especially if an employee has Job Lines, Service Lines, Other Lines and Mechanic time. The columns of information are in different order for each of these sections. The Review Hours Allocated by Day section is in reverse order and the total is not visibly different than the rest of the days. Would like to see a layout more like the attached "Sample Timesheet"

Hi Mark, thanks for the reply! We have just started using the Job Approval page for some of our projects/jobs. The problem is that we have many (approx 100) field employees that cross over between projects/jobs, service work orders, mechanic time and other. And we run weekly payroll because we are a union company. So the job approval wouldn't work for everything.

The sample Timesheet you attached looks a lot more like our Job Approval page than our Timecard Approval page. Do you use Job Based Approvals in the portal?
The changes you outlined in the Time approval layout pdf make sense to me. Thanks for adding!
