Request to add form fields to enable the addition of links to virtual instructor led training and/or call in information, when creating a course within the training dashboard.
The platform functions well for in-person training events to a point, but in our virtual environment it is definitely noticeable there are some roadblocks:
Learners can add the event into their calendars, but it only allows a “location” to be named
If you add a link, in lieu of a location, in that field -it does not translate well in the outlook calendar invite and users cannot click on it.
The calendar invite adder, does not pull over course materials.
We have to utilize another platform to provide a one stop shop for instructions, platform/call in information and course materials. The training dashboard only allows us to track training rosters and attendees, which then incorporates into their training history. You have to send attendees a separate calendar invite to include virtual call in information.
During and post life Covid-19, this is imperative.

There is also no platform to include TEAMS, Outlook or other meeting platform links to allow attendees to log in to the meeting. Separate meeting invites need to be sent out and maintained manually which is time consuming and tedious.
