Have the ability to have better control on the layout of the fields on Field Tickets

I created several udFields on Daily Logs and put in the order number of how I want them arranged on the Field Ticket. For some reason, it decides to leave blank sections and throws the order off.

    Here are to examples

    I don���t understand why EPA, EEO and UNION are not showing on the same line as OSHA. It would be ideal if all the check boxes were on the same line.

    On this one, I don���t understand why there is a blank section under Delays.
