When tracking unapproved timecards, it would be helpful to be able to see who the manager is so we can follow up with them or update information when necessary.

Yes, for office staff we have manager set up in User Access for timecard review. For field employees, we use Approval Permissions and Employee Groups. Our main issue is with the office managers, but to your point, what would having a Manager option in the Actions dropdown do? Display a manager column, notify the manager, or something else?

Are you mainly using the manager setup in the User Access page for timecard entry or approval? Since employees manager can be setup in a number of places, what if we added a Manager option in the Actions dropdown in the Timecard Dashboard?
