We want the GLAcct field to auto populate when we select a job/phase/cost type, but we don't want people to be able to edit or change it.

I believe you are referencing a bug that was resolved in one of our hot fixes to 1.20.4. Are you still experiencing this issue on version 1.20.4.207?
