We don't want to see all Employees under the Instructor drop down. All the ability to create Groups for Training Instructors

Concur on the Employee Group for Instructors (or ability to select multiple instructors for a class) for permissions purposes. We have some classes - e.g. foremen training program - that have multiple instructors. Each instructor needs the ability to access the class and deliver his piece. Currently we have to grant Training Admin to all instructors so that they can access classes that they didn't create and classes that they aren't the listed instructor on...obviously this isn't ideal!
What would be helpful is to create an Employee Group for employees that we designate as Instructors so it is easier to select them but also allow us to type in another third party Instructor or add a SQL Override to a listing of internal and external instructors within the group in a new ud Combo Box.
We are running into this same issue. While some employees may train, most are outside companies or the local colleges. This field in Vista is a text field up to 50 characters and it is a manually entered field. HR Management should allow the same process.
