Daily Reports has a setting called "Restrict Daily Reports for standard users" which says users will only see the Daily Reports they have created. There should be the same setting for Field Tickets. I feel like this is a basic setting which should be part of the program as it appears to already exist but not functionally on the Field Tickets and it doesn't make sense to allow all Field Ticket users to see everyone else's Field Tickets. Diaries are sensitive information from time to time.
