Hey Dan,
If a user changes their password and they go to submit, are they getting an error message? I'd like to consider this a usability bug and not a product enhancement. Can you create a case for our support team on the customer portal?

When a user resets their employee portal password, many times their Field Management app will not allow them to submit their time until they log out and then back in. Maybe there's a mechanism that will notify the user that they need to re-enter their credentials again automatically instead of the user finding out via their issue of not being able to submit their time.
