When our users go into the field ticket it does not default to the template that the PR Group time was entered under. The field ticket appears blank until you change the template to the PR Group/Template that time was entered under. We would like the field ticket to default to the template with time entry when multiple PR Group templates exist.

Upon further review of this item with our development team, we found out that developing this feature would lead to some significant performance issues on the Field Ticket page. We don't plan to implement at this time because of the increase in loading speed that it would cause.
