It would be helpful to include a Portal Setting so that admins have the option to allow a user's consent to Allow Paperless Paystub Delivery to also update the Method of Pay Stub Delivery field in the Add'l Info tab of PR Employees. For those that are still required to send out email notifications, the Paperless Audit report must be used and this field must be manually maintained.
Preferred Method of Pay Stub Delivery would be 'Send as notification' if it makes sense to select one method as employees can log into HFF and see the full pay stub at this point.

Thus far our HR/PR team has not gone with the Paperless Delivery option. As it turns out, my thought about updating the PayMethodDelivery field in PR is not possible, because Onboarding only creates the HR record and the PR record is created later. No worries.

Why not have customer move away from managing this field in Vista and move to the Paperless Consent option entirely? Then they can use Paystub Tools print to manage which document need to be mailed. Let me know what you think.

It would also be nice if this field could be tied in to the OnBoarding process so a new hire can indicate their preference, even if Paperless Consent is not being used. When the new hire is initialized to HR, it could also update the field in PR.
