In order for us to know if it is in payroll we have to go to each company in payroll and see if it is an Active code. On the HR side it just update to PR with a check mark. That is always checked even if the code wasn't pushed.

We don't know what has been synced and what has not. This would help our HR department a lot to know what has been synced or not?
