We have a legal order that we need to provide timesheets and paystubs for multiple employees, however there is no easy way to do this in Vista. Currently through Document Management I am able to download multiple attachment for an employee. Can you make it do that we can download multiple timesheets and paystubs for employee(s). This comes in real handy when we need to provide hundreds of documents to subpoena for multiple employees. Thank you

I was able to download multiple paystubs from Vista. I just need to know how to download multiple timesheet for one employee from keyStyle or vista.

Hi David,
You should be able to print the processed timecards of all of your employees through the Timecard Dashboard page. On the paystub tools page of the portal, you can print the paystubs of all employees that have opted out of paperless delivery. Are you currently using the paperlesss consent settings in the portal?
