When approving subcontractor invoices in AP Review, a little exclamation point is shown next to the Edit button indicating that there is a problem with the item. If you click the dropdown and choose 'Review Totals' it shows the value of the SL Item and how much has been invoiced already. If there is an invoice that has been approved but not yet posted , it is not included in the Invoiced amount, which can cause confusion. Example - SL Item 1 with a scheduled value of $5,000 has had $1,585 billed against it in an invoice that has been approved but not posted. A new invoice is billing $4,550 against SL Item 1. Red exclamation point means something is wrong. Click on Review Totals and it shows $0 invoiced, but also says the amount billed exceeds the value. Rather than have to go spend time investigating what the problem is, the Review Totals screen could have a line for Approved but Not Posted and show that the Remaining is actually $3,415 not $5,000.

A number of my Project Managers have brought up the extra time required to figure out why there is an issue listed, they are glad that the system sees the issue but would prefer if it could properly identify it in the details and save the time required to research it.
