As it is now it requires the invitation to be sent, then you have to search and open the Employee profile in order to add the Expected Hire Date. If the date field was available at time of invitation it would save a huge amount of time spent having to go update the field based on where it is located now. The toggling back and forth between the Employee profile and the Dashboard is very time consuming.
