When supervisors are approving Field Tickets through the Job Time Approval screen, which is what our entire company uses for field ticket approvals, there are 2 issues we encounter. 1.) In Field Ticket Dashboard, it will not show and "Approved By" for the approved ticket. 2.) The employees who submit the tickets are still able to unsubmit, and make changes even after the ticket is approved in Job Time Approval. It is important that all tickets that are approved in JOB TIME APPROVAL, show to be Approved in Field Ticket Dashboard, and are locked from users being able to make any changes on their end.
