A feature similar to the commitment pull in VCM or Initialize PO in Vista would be nice. Often times we route an invoice with a PO to an approver to be received and once it is received it would be nice if they could pull all lines of the PO into AP Invoice review and approve it. Currently they have to add one line item at a time or reject the invoice and have AP pull all the lines in by using the Initialize PO feature.

This should be implemented. We have the same problem and talking with my peer group other companies as well. Adding lines one by one can add 15+ minutes per invoice depending on invoice/PO length. Currently our work around is granting access to AP Unapproved Invoice Entry inside of VISTA to individuals we would rather not have granted access too, but this is saving the company several hours per week.
