The Deliveries section in Field Tickets is designed to include the PO field, and no other fields can be added there. The Vista PM Daily Log will only populate the PO number, and no other data will be pulled in. The Deliveries section in Field Tickets is currently designed to not have all the fields included with Daily Reports' Deliveries section. Contrast with Daily Reports where the PO field plus all the related fields (Firm, Material, Location, Delivery Ticket, etc.) are available and populate the Vista PM Daily Log.
This is a prudent change to allow Field Tickets Deliveries to behave the same as in the Daily Reports. Seems to me that is the purpose of Field Tickets in incorporating some of the other sections not included with Daily Reports. I love the idea of Field Tickets, which gives our field guys one place to enter everything (daily logs, timecard, equipment, POs, etc.) versus using several different portions of Daily Reports, Grid Timecards, POs and so on. I feel like this was the idea of Field Tickets, but the Deliveries section leaves much of it out.

It would be extremely benefical for the deliveries section to pull in Vendor, Description, U/M, and quantity from the PO's made for that specific job number. Currently it just pulls in the PO # and Description. Another change that would be beneficial is to have the ability to change the quantity of the PO within field ticket's delivery section and then it would change the actual PO quantity in VPOne and Vista. Example would be that a PO was made for 100 tons of rock but that was one load short so the foreman/superintendent ordered another load so the total is 120 tons for the day. He would enter the quantity within the field ticket to 120 and the PO would adjust the quantity and also adjust the committed costs. Another situation would be say he ordered 50 tons one day and the next day he ordered 70 tons, the actual tonnage would be added togther and the PO would be adjusted accordingly.
