Keystyle does not allow for automated emails to be sent for reference checks. Additionally, many candidates list their referral source as a specific person at our company. The system should allow the recruiter to send an automated survey to the employee to see if they truly would refer them as a candidate for the position. The surveys for references and employee referrals would have to be created in advance, but are a great tool that cut down on work by recruiters. They can be sent at the recruiter's choosing. Most ATS systems include these two functions and I was surprised not to see them when I started using Keystyle.
