Need additional Reporting/Metrics funcitonality

  • Need the ability to collect data about the success rate of candidates from specific schools

  • Need the ability to collect data about the success rate of specific recruiters Y -Need the ability to obtain data of good candidates that declined our initial offer for future follow up

  • Need the ability to obtain data of good candidates that were not given an offer for future follow up (maybe not graduated yet...)

  • Need the ability to obtain data of the type of "lead" for the candidates. On campus recruiting, career fair, website...

  • Need the ability to obtain data about the success rate of candidates that were hired:

    • After an Internship

    • After 1 Interview

    • After Interview Round Robin

    • After Skype/Video Interview

  • Cannot run report for university recruiting or by event -System does not allow sourcing by experience or qualifications. This makes the system unusable for specific recruiting tasks.

  • There is not a way to source candidates who are already in the ATS. There are potential candidates in the system who could fill current needs but there is no way to search for qualified candidates

  • Reporting was discussed as a critical component in the development of this software. Rather than come from separate reports the idea was that it would come from the grids on the pages. The reality is that this has not proven to be the case as there are limitations to search and filter criteria, amount of reportable data, etc. In addition, fields available for reporting are very limited - this was not the original plan. Need Ad Hoc Reporting.

  • In reporting, need ability to create and schedule reports for recurring email delivery.

  • The ATS should have a dashboard for users, look and feel like a cohesive piece of software to enable them to do their job. There is no active tasks area to help recruiters manage their responsibilities. Access is much more manual - aside from veteran referral notification, recruiters must go into job reqs themselves to determine action items.

  • Pulling year-end reports is nearly impossible with the limitations to number of records and the duplicate job reqs. I must download data in small chunks and then build into a larger Excel spreadsheet for analysis. Manual process.

I strongly support this suggestion. There is zero reporting functionality to help me (as a recruiting manager) manage requisitions or the performance of my team. Dumping data to a spreadsheet is not reporting, its data that I then have to find someone to run formula on to get useful reports. This appears to be an oversight that needs urgent attention.
