It would be nice to not have assign a ticket to a single phase on a job. When using the Field Ticketing Time, Material and Progress Entry sections, an employee might be working on the same job all day but might be working on a handful of different phases. If the phase wasn't in the header then an employee could use the Field Ticket per job but apply Time, Materials and Progress Entry to the correct phases.
