Since most employees are using electronic signatures via the onboarding module, USCIS are requiring a timestamp for when these electronic signatures are being captured. All custom tasks captures timestamp and attaches to the documents via Vista, so why can't the default tasks?

To be honest, I had forgotten about this suggestion since it has been so long but thank you for being able to take a look into it! I just inquired to our VP of HR, and his question was referring to including the timestamp on the actual I-9 PDF beside the signature box. It does include their signature, and date, but does not include the timesamp.

Each digital signature is already capturing the time stamp of when it is signed. This can currently be pulled out of the database with a custom SSRS report. Would you like this information added to these pdfs or onto separate pdfs?

Great idea! This would allow us to meet legal requirements for additional onboarding forms that are required.
