It would be great if you had an admin setting that allowed the admin to login as another user. This would be super helpful to guide in to the right place (if you are a super-admin, your screens look different), as well as to print my-earnings documents for date ranges.

proxy portal approval when someone is out of the office for expenses, timecards, POs and invoices.
I'm not concerned about external users coming in, but it would be helpful (as an internal user) to be able to login as someone else who is running into an issue and see what they are seeing and guide them through it. My screen always looks different then a regular user and sometimes they run into errors that I dont get.
Also, being able to print my-earnings documents for date ranges for other users (either as a payroll admin OR being able to login as that user, then print those documents). Doing it out of Viewpoint is a pain. We need to do this for people who have left the company and request the information later, or for our legal team.

We do have the option that gives external users the ability to login to the portal with our Named User Logins:

These users will have System Admin access in the portal that will allow them to update user passwords and login as them if they need to.
