We have a HR Company in Vista that has no Payroll Company that we input our applicants into. We would like to render onboarding invites based on this info without having the other companies with active payroll companies involved in the list of choices.
Benefit for this would be from the time a applicant submits their info, until the point where they are initialized into Vista as a employee, there would be no need for our HR Department to mess with or re-type out any of the applicant info.
