We utilize the hourly rate and actual hours to calculate PTO. Per discussions with the VP team, the time off calculator only works when utilizing fixed accrual frequencies. Please add support for non-fixed accrual frequencies. Note, the projected hours calculator works completely accurately until a request for time off is added. Once added, the projected hours available calculates erratically depending on the number of future time off submissions entered. We are not utilizing approvals for time off, so it is not related to approved vs unapproved.

The majority are 40 but we do have some that are less. Right now, we use the workday hours setting in User Access>User Setup to get the projections to calculate correctly for users with less than 40 hours. Note, again these calcs only work if there are no future requests for time off entered but as long as that is the case, they work perfect
