It would be a great time savings for our purchasing agents to be able to send the PO requisition items digitally to each vendor for quote. As the vendors finish the quote, have the details flow back into the portal for vendor selection per item.

We need this!!! Majority of materials are put out for quote as part of the bid process. Hard to get our procurement folks interested in using POs in the portal if they have to enter all the materials that they already entered to their RFQ document again. Love the suggestion as submitted but willing to settle for a rendered RFQ as I commented below. Thanks for consideration.
At a minimum, give us the ability to render a pdf RFQ that can be routed to vendors. In addition, a portal setting to allow for custom rdl for RFQ would be great!
This would be a great asset to Purchasing. Sooner than later please!!
