There is nothing to notify the Payroll Admin if time has been changed from what has been submitted, via what has been approved. If an employee SUBMITS for 40, then a foreman, through Job Approval, changes his hours to 45 and Approves this, there is no notification to the Admin. Without going through every line item and comparing it to what was submitted for every single employee, she would not know. There needs to be a notification, or there needs to be a 3rd type of timecard to print called "Approved" or something. Because if it was submitted for 40, then changed by the foreman to 45, then the admin changes it back to 40, there is no trail of this anywhere without digging into each and every employee, every single week.
