Onboarding Invitation - Visually depict the employee list differently for inactive and 'do not hire' employees than active EE's

In a union environment with multiple jobs -- individuals cannot readily recall when an individual last worked for us -- @ times they are sitting on the bench for a week, other times, it maybe be months -- that data is tracked in HR Resource Master however when a 'new onboarding invitation' is triggered the employee list does not funnel that information over to Viewpoint One -- for example active and inactive employees appear the same ... and employees flagged as "do not allow re-hire of this employee" in the other info tab of HR Resource Master also do not look different in the drop down ... hence it becomes difficult to know if new hire paperwork should be sent and/or if the applicant should be considered for re-hire

Thank you for the response. We have the ssn enabled although when I had not attempted to send onboarding invitation as I thought it would flag when I pulled the individual in I do see the flag when I attempt to send the onboarding materials thank you

    Hi Mary,

Have you tried using the "Enable the option to check the SSN of a new hire if they are on a do not hire list when sending invite" portal setting?

This will require the new hires SSN when sending out Onboarding Invitation and will immediately tell an Onboarding Admin if that user is on the do not hire list.

Please let me know if you think this will help.
