Currently only Pending PO goes through the Vista Approval Workflow. It is very important for our field staff to send requisitions to the purchasing agent and ultimately go through the Vista Approval work flow. Same with using the quick PO function. Having a complete nuts to bolts PO workflow that filters to approvals makes sense.

Exactly! We would love to allow our field personnel to use the Quick PO, but not until it routes through Pending PO and the PO workflow so that it gets approved before processing. Allowing Purchase Orders to bypass the approval workflow is not acceptable.

See also KDS-I-136. These are very similar. Very important, and without this we cannot use the PO req or Quick PO functionality.
