For AP reviewers, they have the ability to edit information while having the image of the invoice to the right so they can see both simultaneously. Can we also do that for Personal Information Reviewers who have to view direct deposit forms or W-4s? Regardless of if it is a JPG or PDF, they should be able to see the image and the data at the same time.
Currently, personal information reviewers can see a JPG but not a PDF. Most W-4s and letters from banks with routing information for direct deposits are PDFs so it makes no sense that the reviewer is unable to see them.
