Currently if there are two or more Managers assigned to an employee review any manager can Submit and then Finalize the Manager(s) review thus locking out the other Managers from completing their assigned manager reviews.

Two years in a row, we've had managers click Finalize before the other managers have completed their review. It definitely needs to be fixed. I'm excited to see that Keystyle plans to fix it!
Mark, Your team is working on another issue in regards to Performance Reviews in relation to this (Ellen, Dona, etc.). Once they fix the current bug it would only make sense to not allow a manager to Finalize until the employee and all assigned managers to complete their reviews. It could even be an Admin function to not confuse the participants and allow Admins to confirm reviews are completed correctly (option to push back to reviewer) before Finalizing.

I think this is a great suggestion and would like to fast track it on our dev board. Would you like us to show all the managers' completion statuses or prevent users from finalizing until completed by all managers?

Michael - This needs to be fixed ASAP since Managers don't know who else is supposed to complete the Manager(s) reviews before they click Finalize. Thus, we have incomplete reviews that have to be purged and started over again.
