We love that the portal sends an email out when an account it locked.
But it shows the whole IT teams emails. They are asking if we can enter our IT team as a blind copy (Bcc) instead of a regular carbon copy (cc) where the user can see their emails.
It would help with our IT security and prevent scammers from seeing all our emails.
The CHAT said that this is not an option currently but that if it is voted on enough here that it may be looked at as a possible update later on.
So please vote for this.
