The HR Management portal is for the HR Department who may not have access to Payroll information. If an employee Opts Out of Paperless Consent then HR Dept members should not be able to Print Payroll Checks, W2s, etc. under Paystub Tools. There needs to be separate security and not just a Timecard Admin option. Some HR members need Timecard Admin access but not Paystub Tools access.

Completely agree with this! At a minimum, Viewpoint needs to update their KB Article where it covers the Description for Timecard Admin to mention that it also includes access to Paystub Tools. Right now, the Description states: "Provides users access to Timecard Settings, Safety Net (if purchased), Manage Crew Layouts, Manage Crew Templates, Manage Timecard Roles, Timecard Dashboard, Employee Groups, and Approval Permissions. For more information on this role, see Timecards." We had several Timecard Admins set up for our Service Coordinators to manage time entries from techs, not realizing this also gave them access to print pay stubs for their respective companies.
