It would be nice for those that have more than one company within Viewpoint to be able to search for an invoice across all companies in one place. In VCM, there is a search option to enter in the AP Reference and it will search for all invoices in all companies regardless of the invoice status. Within Keystyles invoice review the search feature only looks at invoices that haven't been paid and are tied to the user. Within Viewpoint you have to look in each company for an invoice. It seems the best workaround for now is search in DM Attachment Index Search, but that does require that the invoice have an attachment, which 99.9% should and it has to be approved or paid.
