Maybe my employees are the only ones, but my employees simply can’t multiply and add these LARGE numbers together. But seriously, they don’t understand how this affects their weekly paycheck and $2000 alone scares them. Forbes even refers to this new W4 as a mini income tax return – and it is.

The 2020 W-4 is very different than previous W-4s, but I'd like to hear feedback from the community before we make any changes to this. Thanks for adding this suggestion!
